Our Jupiter spray booths stand out for their sturdy frame, horizontal sandwich panels, and rock wool insulation. This results in a durable, well-lit booth with a fully filtering ceiling for optimal performance.
There are multiple access options for the booths, including:
Multi-wing doors
Sectional doors
Roll-up doors
Guillotine doors
Offering
3 filter levels: pre-filters (filter bags), fine filters in the ceiling, and Paintstop filters under the grate floor
Sandwich panels with 50mm high-density rock wool insulation for optimal temperature control
Fully filtering ceiling surface thanks to the non-sloping walls
700 mm or 1000 mm plenum for efficient air circulation
Direct gas heating with 100% efficiency, or heating via an oil or gas heat exchanger
Main options
LED lighting for better visibility during spraying
Installation without groundworks possible thanks to a galvanized grate foundation with internal or external ramp, or an internal pneumatic ramp
User-friendly controls via buttons or touchscreens (TOUCH1 or TOUCH3)
Frequency control (TOUCH3) to eliminate peak currents during startup and save energy by using only the required power
With the TOUCH3 system, you can choose from three preset airflow levels, depending on the occupancy of the spray booth. A touchscreen provides simple and user-friendly operation.
A key feature of our booths is the absence of a height difference between the inside and outside, significantly simplifying vehicle access.
Frequency regulation (3 levels)
Our frequency regulation system eliminates reactive power, ensuring that only active power is used. This prevents exceeding the limits set by the electricity provider and allows for smoother airflow transitions.
With frequency control, you can choose from three ventilation levels, adjusted according to the required ventilation. The Touch3 touchscreen provides easy and intuitive operation.
Energy-saving solutions
Helia spray booths are not only robust and durable but also economically advantageous. We offer several solutions to both save energy and reduce cycle times.
The IRS (Intelligent Recirculation System) switches the booth to recirculation mode when the flowswitch system detects the absence of compressed air, helping to save on gas and electricity
The QDS (Quick Dry System) accelerates drying time by reaching higher temperatures, resulting in more efficient paint drying
The Alfa Drymaster significantly reduces drying time by combining ventilation and temperature control. This system improves productivity, lowers operating costs, and fully complies with ATEX safety standards.
