Custom solution for a sleek spray booth

Satis extraction walls are welded constructions that can be custom-made to meet specific requirements. The structure is non-dismantlable and is coated in white for a clean, sleek finish.

Extension for targeted extraction

Depending on the customer's needs, we can expand the spray booth with an extension for more targeted extraction. This extension consists of two side walls and a ceiling at either 2m or 2.5m height. Optional installed lighting is also available.

Filtration

Based on the specific installation, we determine which filters will deliver the highest efficiency. All filters comply with strict quality and environmental standards, and the first set of filters is always included. They are mounted at the front of the booth for easy inspection and replacement. Fan and motor

The fan is mounted in the air chamber and always comes in an ATEX version (explosion-proof). The exhaust opening can be directed either backward or upward, simplifying the installation of the exhaust duct through an existing roof or wall structure.
The motor is mounted externally and can be removed from above along with the motor mounting plate and fan, without the need to dismantle the exhaust pipes. The motor is also available in an ATEX version.
