Our paint labs are designed with the same attention to detail as our spray booths. Lighting can be integrated into the ceiling or walls, depending on preference. These labs are essential for preparing spray work and cleaning paint guns, while also providing suitable storage for daily use.
All labs are insulated and equipped with:
Ventilation system: refreshes the environment every 3 minutes (depending on the size of the lab)
Air intake system with filter
Service door and emergency door with windows identical to those of the spray booths
Paint storage
Our paint storage room is designed to ensure fire resistance (REI 60). It is constructed differently from the paint lab, featuring:
Thicker sandwich panels
Continuously placed rock wool insulation
Ventilation ducts equipped with fire dampers
This makes the room suitable for the safe storage of large quantities of flammable products.
