Luyten Interiolizers, a family-owned company from Lummen, specializes in custom interiors for homes, offices, shops and hospitality spaces. From design to installation, they combine design, functionality and craftsmanship.
For their new building, Sima delivered a fully customized installation, including spray booths, a paint lab, storage and a preparation area. Energy efficiency, compact design and future adaptability were key priorities for this project.
This project focused on energy efficiency and compact design. Sima equipped the installation with a powerful ECO system, LED lighting, and frequency control on all motors, arranging the spaces as efficiently as possible without compromising functionality.
On the first floor of the new building, we implemented this fully customized installation. It includes a large spray booth, a paint lab with mixing table and cleaning facilities, a storage area with racks and containment systems, a primer spray booth and a preparation cabin.
Together, these spaces cover over 150 m² and are perfectly adapted to the new infrastructure.
Additionally, during the design phase of the booth, provisions were made to allow for the future use of an electric battery or a heat pump, without requiring any structural modifications.
