In order to offer you a good after-sales service, we store your data at Sima for up to 15 years. After expiration of the applicable retention, the personal data will be deleted. Certain data of former customers can be used for a period of 5 years after termination of the contract in order to recognise the former customer unless the customers have indicated not to agree to this.
